Il mio primo tentativo è stato un fallimento. Depennato subito la ricetta. Su questo avevo dei dubbi vista l'elevata quantità di albumi, ma è stato un successone! La <b>paleo</b> ricetta originale prevedeva i <b>semi di psyllio</b>, ma non avendoli in casa (...chi non ha i semi di psyllio in casa..... non so neanche dove si comprano... ma me li procurerò. giuro.) l'ho sostituiti con la farina 00 per una questione di lievitazione. Ottimi risultati. Ottima lievitazione. Ottimo pane. Da rifare. La prossima volta magari aggiungo<b> fragole o cioccolato</b>. Stay tuned!</span></div>

<li>Cook quinoa in salted water till the water will be absorbed almost completely.</li>
<li>Place the quinoa into a food processor along with the baking powder and a little bit of water if needed, process the mix until it is smooth in consistency.</li>
<li>Preheat oven 200° </li>
<li>Line a cake pan with parchment paper. </li>
<li>GREASE parchment paper with oil.</li>
<li>Pour the quinoa into the cake pan and bake the crust for 15 minutes</li>
<li>Carefully flip the crust over, and bake it for another 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Top the pizza with zucchini, mozzarella, tomatoes, ham or whatever you like</li>
<li>Bake the pizza for another 5 minutes til the toppings have cooked through.</li>
<li>Turn off the oven. bring out the pizza, slice up, and serve!</li>
